Value Place weekly rates include the following services - satellite TV with movie channel bi-weekly studio cleaning fully furnished studios with full kitchens bath linens utilities which include electricity gas water and trash. Additional services where fees may apply are local and long-distance phone service high-speed internet access on-site laundry Kitchen Value Pack to include dishes and other kitchen supplies and linen exchange service.
